We are a small specialist yarn retailer located in Hamilton, Scotland - specialising in FUN, colourful yarn!
Payment is accepted through Paypal or direct card payment through the site, but we can also accept bank transfer if necessary, or even cheques or postal orders subject to clearance (do they still exist?)
GDPR blah blah blah - we won't use your information for anything other than fulfilling your order. We don't ever get your card information, we don't sell your information, your information is safe with us. We might send you an e-mail if you don't opt out, but it will have a link to opt-out on it for future. And why would you not want an e-mail about yarn..? :O
We do our best to keep everything on this website up to date, but if you see something that is out of stock, do enquire in case it's been missed - stock quantities are rarely exact. In the rare event of an out of stock or faulty and being unable to fill your order, we will contact you - please make sure your e-mail and phone number are up to date.
I have a Royal Mail collection every day, but as there's now just one person packing (me, Saara, hi!) and dealing with well, just about everything, while I do my best to post as quickly as possible, I don't provide targets or estimates such as 'next day/within X days' as there are just too many variables for how quickly I can post. If you need your order in a hurry, please contact me prior to placing it.
We ship worldwide, but overseas orders are subject to different shipping costs so need to be arranged through e-mail, the website is not set up to handle them.
In the UK, we send through Royal Mail whenever possible - larger parcels may be split in two and these may arrive on separate days, don't panic. Occasionally, for orders too big to go even if split, it'll go with Evri.
Postage is £4.20 or free for orders over £40.
